Your images stay on your device
SignatureResize resizes and compresses your signature or photo entirely inside your own browser using the HTML canvas. When you upload an image, drag it in, draw a signature, or type one, that file is never sent to our servers or any third party — there is no upload step at all. Closing the tab or refreshing the page removes it from memory completely.
Information we collect
We don't run user accounts, and we don't collect or store the images, signatures, or photos you process on this site. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic, anonymized technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and page requests) for security and performance purposes.
Cookies & third-party services
This site loads a small number of third-party resources to function:
- Google Fonts — to load the site's typeface.
- Google Translate — to power the optional language switcher in the header.
These services may set cookies or receive standard request data (like your IP address) as part of loading, under Google's own privacy policy. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
Children's privacy
SignatureResize is often used to prepare documents for school and exam admissions, so it may be used by or on behalf of children. Because no images or personal files are ever uploaded or stored, no additional personal data is collected from children beyond the anonymized technical logging described above.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
